Two bedrooms, a living room, a compact kitchen, a bathroom, and a shared hallway downstairs. The tenant — a solicitor, single occupant — had been there 2 years at £1,800/month. Managed by Dreamview Estates. The clean was booked for Thursday and the checkout for Friday morning before the office closed for Shabbat.

Narrow stairs up with our kit. Communal hallway: front door wiped both sides, landing swept, light switch wiped.

Kitchen. Compact — about 7ft by 6ft, everything along one wall and a small return. A Beko freestanding cooker, gas. Space behind was tight, so we angled it out.
