Why is there a price range rather than a single fixed price?
London's property stock varies enormously. A 2-bed flat in Beckton with standard appliances and free parking costs less to clean than a 2-bed Clerkenwell warehouse loft with exposed brick, polished concrete, CPZ parking, and a Hamptons premium checkout. Both are 2-beds — but they're completely different jobs. The range gives you honest visibility before you get an exact quote.
Is the deep oven clean really included?
Yes. Every end of tenancy clean includes a full oven deep clean — racks removed and soaked, interior degreased, door glass cleaned. We don't charge extra for this because agents check it on every single checkout.
What pushes a price toward the upper end of the range?
Premium appliances (Rangemaster, Wolf, AGA), multiple bathrooms, conservatories, very hard water requiring extra descaling time, spice-heavy kitchens needing specialist treatment, high-rise buildings with concierge coordination, and CPZ areas where we need visitor permits.
Do you charge more for certain boroughs?
Not as a borough surcharge — but property type, parking, and agent checkout standards vary by area, which affects the final quote. A standard 3-bed in Sutton costs less than a standard 3-bed in Islington because the Islington property typically has more period features, harder parking, and more rigorous agent expectations.
When do I pay?
Payment is taken after the clean is completed, not before. You see the final cost at booking and that's what you pay — no hourly overruns, no surprise additions.
