End of Tenancy Cleaner
Join our busiest team. You'll carry out end of tenancy cleans across London, working through our full checklist to ensure every property passes the letting agent's checkout inspection. Experience in professional cleaning is preferred but not essential — we provide full training.
What You’ll Do
- Complete end of tenancy cleans to Royal Cleaning's checklist standard
- Work as part of a two- or three-person team on each property
- Communicate with clients on arrival and walkthrough
- Ensure all equipment and products are accounted for after each job
- Flag any property damage or issues to the team leader
What We Need
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Able to work physically for 5–8 hours per day
- Willing to travel across London (travel costs covered)
- Must pass a DBS background check
- Right to work in the UK
Deep Cleaning Specialist
Focused on deep cleans, after-build cleans, and specialist jobs. You'll handle properties that need more intensive work — post-renovation dust removal, heavy kitchen degreasing, mould treatment, and full property deep cleans. This role suits experienced cleaners who want varied, challenging work.
What You’ll Do
- Carry out deep cleans and after-build cleans to professional standard
- Use specialist equipment including steam cleaners and extraction machines
- Handle jobs independently or lead a small team
- Manage time effectively across multiple bookings per day
- Maintain and care for professional cleaning equipment
What We Need
- Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience
- Experience with steam cleaning and specialist products
- Comfortable working independently
- Must pass a DBS background check
- Right to work in the UK
Team Leader
Lead a cleaning team across your assigned boroughs. You'll manage daily schedules, ensure quality on every job, train new team members, and act as the primary contact for clients on-site. This role is for experienced cleaners who are ready to take on responsibility and help grow the operation.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a team of 2–4 cleaners across multiple daily bookings
- Ensure every job meets Royal Cleaning's checklist standard
- Train and mentor new team members during their onboarding period
- Handle on-site client communication and walkthroughs
- Report job outcomes and any issues to operations
What We Need
- Minimum 2 years of professional cleaning experience
- Previous experience leading or supervising a team
- Strong communication skills in English
- Full knowledge of end of tenancy cleaning standards
- Must pass a DBS background check
- Right to work in the UK
