How We Build Our Team
Hiring, training, and keeping standards high
The quality of any cleaning company comes down to its people. That’s something we learned early on — and it’s why we’re careful about who joins the team and how we prepare them.
Every cleaner goes through a DBS background check before they’re assigned to any property. They then train alongside an experienced team leader, learning our checklist, our products, and — critically — what letting agents and landlords look for during a checkout inspection. We don’t send anyone out alone until they’re ready.
We also don’t subcontract. Every person who enters your property is part of our team, not a freelancer we found that morning. That means we know who’s in your home, we control the quality, and we take full responsibility for the result. When a client mentions a team member by name in a Trustpilot review — which happens often — that’s the outcome of this approach.

DBS Background Checks
Every team member undergoes a Disclosure and Barring Service check before they're assigned to any property. No exceptions.
Hands-On Training
New joiners train alongside experienced team leaders for a minimum period before working independently. They learn our checklist, our standards, and how letting agent inspections work.
Full Insurance Coverage
Our teams are covered by public liability insurance. If anything goes wrong — which is rare — you're protected and we take full responsibility.
Professional Equipment
Every team arrives fully equipped — professional-grade cleaning products, steam cleaners, and specialist tools for ovens, extractor fans, and upholstery. No borrowing your hoover.
