Elizabeth Line to Paddington in 20 minutes, to Bond Street in 30. Two bedrooms, one bathroom, an open-plan kitchen-living room, and a balcony. A couple — both working in the City, Elizabeth Line commuters — 18 months at £1,650/month. L&Q managing the block. Inventory-clerk checkout booked for the next morning.
Development parking — pre-booked via the app. Lift to the fourth floor. Fob access.
Kitchen-living area first. Open plan, about 22ft by 14ft. The kitchen section had integrated Bosch appliances — oven built into handleless cabinetry. Door off carefully, protecting the panel edge. Glass out. Spray, 20 minutes. One pass — 18 months, a couple who cooked maybe three times a week. Induction hob in a quartz worktop. Dishwasher interior wiped. Extractor recirculating, filter soaked.
