Three bedrooms, bathroom, lounge, extended kitchen-diner, garage, and a 110ft garden that ended at a fence with woodland beyond. Family — two children at Crofton Junior, mum walked them both ways daily — 4 years at £1,950. Thomas Brown Estates managing from their Orpington High Street office.

Van on the driveway. No restrictions. The station was a 12-minute walk, London Bridge in 22.

Kitchen-diner. Extended to the rear, about 18ft by 14ft. Refitted — white gloss units, quartz worktop, Neff integrated oven. Door off, glass out, sprayed. 20 minutes. Main oven: two passes — 4 years, two children, daily cooking, school baking projects, Sunday roasts. Gas hob: five burners, each lifted.
