Meter on the next street. 4-minute walk. Kit up the staircase — narrow, original Victorian, one trip each.
Kitchen-living room. About 16ft by 13ft. Open-plan, the kitchen along one wall. Refitted — IKEA units, composite worktop. Integrated oven, Zanussi. Door off, glass out, sprayed. 15 minutes. One pass — 18 months, a couple who cooked lightly. Induction hob: barely marked. Extractor: recessed, filter pulled. Fridge-freezer: integrated, cleaned. Floor: engineered timber throughout, specialist product.
