Normally the tenancy cleaners will only hover carpets, unless specifically instructed otherwise or unless professional carpet cleaning was booked. Carpet cleaning is only recommended.

How about professional oven cleaning?
Oven cleaning is only done on the external section of the oven and the same goes for other kitchen appliances like dishwasher, microwave, washing machine or others.
