Amidst the coronavirus outbreak, Royal Cleaning is still working as usual and the normal workflow of our company hasn't been affected in any major way, at least for the time being. All of our administrative staff is working remotely from home in isolation.
The same is true for our cleaning technicians who aren't attending any social gatherings, nor have they been outside of the UK in the past 2 months. Here are the more specific measures we've taken to ensure the health and safety of our employees and clients.
For the standards end of tenancy and after builders cleaning sessions that we do, our cleaning technicians aren't using any additional special equipment, unless the client requests it. With that said, we offer professional antiviral sanitisation and disinfection of the properties, which is a great idea especially at the end of tenacy. We already offer this as an additional service to enhance the quality of the service and help with the slow down of the epidemic. We recommend that cleaners and clients aren't inside the premises at the same time and clients only discuss complaints with the office, so we can pass on the information to the cleaning staff, avoiding directy contact between cleaners and clients.
We are closely following the information provided by the government and NHS and implementing their recommendations as quickly as possible. Our employees are being equipped with facemasks. They are being instructed to keep a distance and avoid physical contact of any sorts with clients. The staff's cleaning vans are being sanitized daily and the staff uses disposable hazmat suits whenever a disinfection is being carried out. For our disinfection service, we're using Safe4u disinfectant solution, which has been tested to kill enveloped viruses such as the Covid-19 and are lab tested to ensure it does the job. Overshoes are mandatory and the same can be said about other safety equipment that the NHS and government officials have mentioned in their briefings.
Taking into account the occurred situation in relation to the virus outbreak, we would like to ensure you, we have made the necessary arrangements in orded to deliver the service to you as safe as possible. Our technicians will arrive at your property, all equipped with masks, gloves and shoe covers. This is to ensure the safety of our staff, our clients and their relatives.
